Church-wide Multi-family Yard Sale!

Saturday, August 3rd (rain date August 10). It didn’t work out last year, but perhaps this year we can make it a go! Mark your calendar and watch for more information.

Join the Celebration!

This year marks the 225th anniversary of the Town of Ballston. Ballston Center Church is participating with the Town of Ballston in the celebration of this event on July 13th. Ballston Center was the first church in our community, pastored by Reverend Ball, the Founder of the Town of Ballston. Among the activities, our church will be hosting games, tours, a picnic lunch, and an Old Tyme Baseball Game. This will be our opportunity for outreach to our community, highlighting our church and it’s history. We encourage everyone to be involved in this special day.

 

Missions Need

Franklin Community Center, serving the poor and homeless of Saratoga County, is in weekly need of seasonal clothing for men, women and children, as well as household items such as towels, sheets, bedding, dishes, small appliances, etc. These items may be dropped off at 101 Washington Street, Saratoga Springs, on Tuesdays from 9 until 1:30 p.m.

 

Travelling? Have hotel samples?

We will be continuing to collect small samples of shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc. for next year’s Mission trip to the Dominican Republic.  Please leave samples in the basket in the narthex.

 

 

Graduates

If you have a family member graduating from high school or college this year, please let us know!  We’d like to list all of our graduates in an upcoming issue of the Banner.  Please tell us which school he/she is graduating from as well as the graduate’s future plans. Thanks!

 

 

DVBS Registration

Registration for VBS will occur following the Worship Service on June 16. Please consider preregistering your child. Thanks!
