Our Pastor

Our pastor, Joseph E. Rolison, came to Ballston Center in January 2026. Before coming to BCARP, Joe pastored Rehobeth ARP Church in Waxhaw, N.C. for more than 14 years. He previously served as minister at Presbyterian (PCA) churches in Leakesville, Miss., and in Columbia, Mo.

Joe, a native of Mobile, Ala., is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (AB), Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte (MDiv), and Erskine Theological Seminary (ThM). He was ordained a presbyter in the Traditional Protestant Episcopal Church in 2001. He is married to the former Jennifer Centner of Erie, Pa. Jennifer is an elementary educator, and they have one young daughter.

In addition to regular, expository preaching through books of the Bible, Joe enjoys teaching through biblical doctrine systematically, facilitating prayer meetings, and discipling members within in the life of the church. He currently is doing doctoral research on the covenant theology of John Colquhoun of Leith (1748-1827) at the London School of Theology.
